CONSTRUCTO (www.constructo.online) is an online platform, helping homeowners, general contractors and RE professionals to get design, plans and permits for residential remodeling and construction projects.

We are looking for an experienced B2B Account Executive to help us address the overwhelming amount of requests from contractors and RE investors for plans and permits. We offer unique turn-key service every active general contractor or RE investor needs, so your job is more in establishing awareness and relations rather than just bare sales. You will be working together with our outreach team who is doing initial sales development (cold calling, pre-qualification, etc.) and we expect you to effectively close new deals and maintain beneficial relationships with existing accounts. We are a fast-growing startup with plenty of growth opportunities for right candidates and looking for ambitious self-starters who can join us in building the biggest AE provider nationwide.


Responsibilities:

  • Timely interact with leads, provided by outreach team
  • Generate new leads by growing and utilizing your network and industry presence
  • Perform discovery calls and evaluate client needs
  • Guide clients through the process, conduct demo and onboard new accounts
  • Maintain existing accounts
  • Maintain CRM and conduct appropriate reporting
  • Deliver on targets/KPI


Qualification:

  • Solid experience (2+ yr) in B2B sales, ideally within the AE/Construction industry but other areas can be considered
  • History of success and hitting targets
  • Experience in full-cycle sales from start to finish, including lead generation, relationship building, business development, and closing deals
  • You have extreme ownership of your business
  • You are competitive with yourself, yet collaborative with other team members
  • You are autonomous - you like to understand the guidelines for success, partner with the business to get what you need, and then work entrepreneurially to get it done
  • You are a consultative seller who is seen as a trusted advisor
  • You are hungry for feedback and coaching
  • You can manage well in times of growth, change and ambiguity in a fast growing environment


Job type – Full-time (w2)

Location – Remote, work from home

Compensation - $140,781 OTE (On Target Earnings), base + commission
